Flow Strong

Mondays 6:15pm to 7:15pm

September 9 to Dec 17th

A vinyasa flow yoga practice merged with strength training that allows you to increase range of motion and build strength. Dumbbells, bands and yoga props will be used. 


Yoga For Posture

Mondays 7:30pm to 8:30pm

September 9th to December 17th

Using yoga to connect the breath and the deeper core muscles to support the back and posture. There is a focus on stretching out tight, overworked muscles and strengthening deconditioned upper back and core muscles to help bring better spinal alignment to the body. Rounded shoulders and a forward head posture can contribute to tight muscles in the chest, neck and shoulders. This tightening limits the capacity for expansion of the rib cage and causes a more rapid and shallow breath. Through breathwork and better alignment we can reduce headaches, back pain, shoulder restriction and neck tension.


Balance and Mobility

Tuesdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm

September 10th to December 18th

A gentle full body yoga class with a focus on glute, hip and knee strength to bring better mobility and balance to the body. This class will also connect breath and body for optimal spinal alignment and core activation to improve daily movements and function. All levels are welcome and can benefit! 


Buti Yoga

Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm

September 10th to December 18th

A fast flowing, booty shaking, chakra bursting dance practice. There are disco lights, bangin’ beats and poses variations that will make you sweat, smile and sing. This flow is inclusive of all levels but some basic yoga experience is recommended.


Mama Fit

Wednesdays 9:30am to 10:30am

September 11th to December 19th

You tone by building muscle, and to build muscle you’ve got to lift weights! Keep your metabolism lit up by learning how to work with weights. This will always be at your own pace and allow you to do the work out in a casual crowd. We start with a warm up, full body lifting session and end with some flexibility. Women are encouraged to come with or without children. Just like Mama Yoga, this class is inclusive to people who need to bring their babes! 


Seniors Yoga

Wednesdays 11am to 12pm

September 11th to November 20th

A gentle, full body yoga practice that focuses on mobility, flexibility and aligned movement patterns. All props provided and all levels welcomed to go at their own pace. 


Balance & Breath

Wednesdays 7:45pm to 8:45pm

September 11 to December 18th

This class is for anchoring, grounding and connecting with your body and mind. We practice long holds that allow for deeper exploration of the breath and mind through the poses. The end is saved for longer holds in restorative poses. Each class includes meditation. 

Drayton Yoga

Thursdays 6pm to 7pm @ Drayton United Church

A moderate paced flow class with options for most levels. Must be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably. Lots of movement, flowing, standing, balancing lying and seated postures. This is a total body strengthening and stretching that focuses on alignment and breath.

Rest & Restore

Thursdays 7pm to 8pm

September 12 to December 19th

A breath and body awareness practice, welcoming any and all levels. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks you will be guided through a series of lengthening yoga poses that are held for longer amounts of time. Allowing the body to fully relax into each pose, and to soak up every ounce of sensation and benefit they have to offer. For a well rounded fitness and wellness routine, Rest and Muscle Relaxation is key.


Men’s Yoga

Thursdays 7pm to 8pm

September 12 to December 19

Yoga to bring more flexibility, mobility and holistic fitness to men. Movement focused on gaining more range of motion and closing power gaps in the body. 


Rise and Shine

Saturdays 8am to 9am

September 14th to December 21

Invigorate and Re energize your mind body and soul for the week ahead. This practice is flowing, strengthening and energizing. Salute the sun and rise and shine with a wonderful yoga practice!
