Am I going to lose my current package?
Absolutely NOT! Anyone on a current package gets to use out the rest of the package as usual, it just won’t be for purchase again.
How will this change the way I buy my package?
From now on you have the option of going on an auto-renew, no contract membership. This means, like any subscription you might buy, you are charged monthly for the package you resonate best with. You can cancel your subscription anytime during the month before the next payment is withdrawn with no fees or strings.
How does this benefit me?
This benefits our members in a number of ways! If you are a committed member who comes frequently and buys a class pack every time one runs out- you will save! You also won’t have to come on every month to renew your packages and re-enter your credit card. The extra hassle is no longer an issue. Every month your package renews, the number of classes simply resets on the subscription and you’re good to go. The payment will then come off of your credit card or pre-authorized debit.
What if I run out of classes on my package and I want more?
If you run out of classes before your package resets and want to attend more you will be given a code you can use for the remainder of the month that gives you drop in classes for the same price as the subscription you are using. Please contact us for more info by clicking HERE.
What has changed about the class packages?
The class packages have gone up slightly in price and the expiry dates have changed to 6 weeks. Feeling the benefits of yoga and fitness is best when consistency is met. We want our members to have the best chance at seeing the effects of how movement medicine can change your life! With a shorter expiry we feel our members will see a big difference from the consistency in their attendance to classes. The packages have also changed to represent a 1 class per week attendance and a 2 classes per week attendance. 5 and 9 packs vs 5 and 10 packs.
Although expiries are tighter on the class packs, no worries, roll overs are allowed. If you just love the flexibility of the class packs but you have some left over after the expiry date we will roll them into your next purchased package. This is not the case for the flexible memberships which are reset every month.
Are the classes ongoing or do they change every season?
Our schedule remains the same until there is a reason for it to change. This could be member demand, instructor availability changes or low attendance in the time slot. If classes have a healthy number of members attending and the instructor is able- the class will continue! That being said, we will always try to give as much notice as possible in the event that a class needs to be removed from the schedule.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I still take advantage of the membership?
Yes! We can also provide you with a pre-authorized debit form to set up your auto renew membership. You are also welcome to provide post-dated cheques to lock in your membership deal.
Will I be able to pause my membership in the event I need to?
Unfortunately the scheduling system we use does not allow a pause. However if you have been on auto-renew for 3 months or more we are happy to work with you on this and figure out this best way for you to still get a deal between months. Send a message or call and tell us the situation!
How is my credit card information stored and who has access to it?
Our payment processor is square and they have a system that vaults your credit cards so no one has access but you and square. No one on our end has access to that information. When you choose to cancel your flexible membership, it is canceled until you come back and put your card in the system.
